Samantha is a registered social worker with a masters of social work, bachelors of social work, and social service worker diploma. Samantha works with individuals who need guidance in anxiety, depression, mental illness, stress, work-life balance, relationships, youth transitions, trauma and more. Samantha uses a generalist eclectic method of counselling, which is a mix-method of approaches in a collaborative, working together approach. Some of these mixed methods include DBT, DBT, Motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, shadow psychology, mindfulness and more.
